Course Description

The MS in Leadership by the DEREE Graduate School is designed to educate and develop business leaders through a combination of solid theoretical knowledge, behavior modeling and hands-on experiential methods, equipping them with the competences and skills necessary for contemporary executives. The program aims to:

• Provide current and aspiring leaders with the knowledge, skills and competencies that are critical for performing their leadership role effectively in today’s competitive and rapidly changing environment.
• Develop current and aspiring leaders’ ethical sensitivity by increasing their awareness of ethical issues and moral principles.
• Provide current and aspiring leaders with opportunities to critically reflect on their leadership competence and develop ‘real-life’ leadership competencies and skills.

The MS in Leadership starts in September and February each year and can be completed in 10 months on a full-time basis. Part-time study options are also available and are tailored to the individual needs of working students. The MS in Leadership Graduate Program Coordinator helps each student develop a schedule that best fits his/her needs. Classes typically meet between Monday-Thursday from 18:00-21:00.
