Course Description

Aims to fully prepare students with the right skills needed to work proactively in international management and to develop an international career. These skills include change management, customer-driven transformation, group negotiation and intercultural communication project management, business process analysis and management.

Several Practical Work Activities (PWA) are offered with the main objective to turn academic experience and theoretical knowledge into a professional, multi-cultural experience. The program has tight cooperation established with more than one hundred partner firms worldwide.

Lectures will cover the following subjects:
Economic and financial analysis, Industrial economics, International economics/ finance/ banking/ marketing /brand management/ business strategies, Legal system and international contractual law, Social skills and Negotiation Techniques, Transportation and logistics, HR management

Option to pursue an International Track of 15 months (up to 90 ECTS); a fourth term at a UCSC partner University.
