Course Description
The Mechanical Engineering program focuses on research in the broad areas of Structure and Mechanics of Solids, and Fluid Mechanics and Combustion. Individual faculty-directed laboratories complement the KAUST Core Labs, which include powerful supercomputing facilities, to give talented and motivated students unique cross disciplinary research opportunities.Facilities include ultra-high speed imaging, x-ray tomography, microfludics, MEMS and laser diagnostics in combustion.
