Course Description
The Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) program is devoted to preparing students to address the major challenges facing the world in terms of sustainability and alternative energy. The program aims to equip students with fundamental and applied knowledge of nanomaterials and devices; energy conversion materials and devices biomaterials, and advanced characterization techniques. The MSE program offers a broad range of faulty expertise in advanced fabrication, design and analysis of physical properties of materials, with a special focus on energy efficient devices and applications. Our long-term goal is to train our students to develop viable technology-based solutions that are sustainable and promote renewable energy.
