Get a professional Qualification in a short 1 year courseThis programme is aimed at students who have completed a level 5 Diploma or HND, and would like to 'Top-Up' to a BA (Hons) degree. We aim this course at students who took a vocational route in higher education.
Validated by the University of Wales, Students will get the chance to tailor their studies through a choice of further specialisations in this one year programme, which are listed below. We have had a very successful intake in this course, which provides the added step to holding a professional qualification.
BA 17 - International Strategy
This course is one of the three specialist course in the third year of your study for the BA specialising in International Business. It provides you with an understanding of how Corporate and Business Strategy fits into the organization and running of a company or multi-company corporation in an international or global context. It builds on the Strategic Management course in year two (BA07). The International Strategy Course consists of 15 x three hour sessions of lectures and workshops. The aim of the course is to introduce the student to the way in which a firm can achieve sustainable competitive advantage and develop the corporation internationally.
