The MComp in Computing Science with a Year abroad is identical to the MComp in Computing Science except that the third year is spent at a University abroad, either in North America (Canada and the the United States) or Australia. This four-year degree allows significantly greater depth of study than is possible in a three-year degree. The first two years are similar to the BSc Computing Science where you will study a range of computing subjects. In the first year you will be introduced to the core material that underpins computer science, including programming in Java.
