Students will learn to understand the role of management in building an effective organization. The course includes a general education, business core, human resource and communication skills. The course provides a strong foundation in management principles for students to apply professionally to determine how managers should respond to particular challenges or opportunities confronting an organization. Students will learn how to apply effective communicate management principles.
