In year 1 and 2, experience sociocultural and bio-physical areas of kinesiology
In Year 3, choose and begin study in one of three majors: Movement Science, Sport Management, or Sport Studies
Core courses include: anatomy, biomechanics, introduction to physiology, health and wellness, sport management, ethics, sport psychology, statistics, motor learning and development, introduction to leisure, sport history and sport sociology, ergonomics, physiology of fitness, growth and development and organizational behaviour
Co-op students are assigned three paid, career-related work terms
Other experiential learning opportunities include foreign exchange programs, internship courses, independent study courses, and volunteer internships
