Course Description
Designed to build on your existing HR-based foundation degree or HND qualification, this one year course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to build a successful management career in a wide range of business, governmental or third sector organisations. In addition to studying the theory that underpins modern business principles, you will explore some of the legal and ethical challenges which HR professionals deal with on behalf of their organisations.
Not only will you cover Leadership and Strategic Management, you will have the opportunity to choose from a range of innovative HR focused optional modules including the opportunity to undertake an internship or research project.
