Course Description
Our BA Business Management (Mandarin) course is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to build a successful management career in a wide range of businesses, governmental and third sector organisations. In addition to studying the theory that underpins modern business principles, you will also develop your practical, analytical and decision making skills. The first year has been designed to provide you with a broad understanding of the key business functions, providing the foundation on which to build your specialist language expertise.It's estimated that approximately 1,020,000 people speak Mandarin which means that this language pathway provides an excellent foundation for building an international business career. You do not even have to have prior experience of the language as you have the option of studying at beginner, intermediate or advanced level. In addition, you can further enhance your attractiveness to potential employers by undertaking a work placement, or a year of your studies in a Mandarin speaking country.
