Course Description
In order to understand the complex nature of the marine environment you need a wide range of skills including those of chemical analysis and evaluation of analytical data. This is a specialised and popular Marine Chemistry degree which very few universities can offer. It combines the strengths of Bangor's Schools of Chemistry and Ocean Sciences. It will be of interest if you enjoy chemistry and wish to develop an understanding of the ocean as a chemical system.
