Course Description

The reason of the introduction of the programme is to meet the needs to offer solutions on postgraduate level for the hybrid problems that occur due to fact that the economic and judiciary relations have been increasingly intermingled in today’s global environment. The lack of formation that occurs since the lawyers do not know about economy and the economist do not know about law sufficiently, brought the need to offer such interdisciplinary master’s programs. In ?zmir, which is the third biggest city of Turkey this need is also very high.
