Course Description
The Graduate Diploma is a one-year full time (or two-year part time) course worth 120 credits, based on a selection of modules at levels 2 and 3 from the current History undergraduate modules. Students may include a Dissertation Module of 20 or 30 credits, respectively of 6,000 and 9,000 words in length. (Note that a 60-credit third-year undergraduate Special Subject normally includes a 6,000 word project). Students taking the Diploma as a stepping stone to the MA should include a Dissertation Module.
