Course Description
The BA in International Hotel Management is a leading-edge program that builds professional credentials and advances careers in the hospitality industry. Designed with ongoing input from hospitality leaders, this dynamic program aims to develop a broad range of leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills and provide a firm grounding in hospitality management. Students who don't meet the language requirements for the program can complete years one and/or two, depending on skill and language level, of the BA in International Hotel Management degree program through our International Study Centre. Students will study relevant course material on sustainable tourism, international hotel management, financial strategy, marketing, ethics, entrepreneurship, and communications. The entire undergraduate program is infused with a blend of academic theory and industry experiences. Experiential learning is highly valued and throughout the year students will be able to learn in industry settings and hear from leading hoteliers and educators, while participating in exciting events and class studies with leading hoteliers in the region.
