Course Description

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is a globally recognised English language assessment of the highest quality, developed by the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate . It is the preferred language entry test for most universities in Britain , Australia , Canada and New Zealand , and for immigration purposes.

IELTS is not a test that candidates can pass or fail. Candidates' assessment will be reported according to a scale from Bands 1 to 9. Candidates should contact the university or find out the immigration requirements to find out the IELTS score for entry. Band 1 indicates virtually no English at all and Band 9 is a native speaker proficiency. Most universities and immigration typically require a Band score of between 6 and 7.

The IELTS preparation course is an ideal way to prepare for this challenging exam. It is not a language development course. The course is designed to provide intensive examination practice with a focus on improving study techniques and developing exam strategies for both the Academic and General Training Module IELTS test.
