The Bachelor of Kinesiology at UFV is an exciting program that provides both breadth and depth of knowledge of the anatomical, physiological, psychological and cultural aspects of human movement and health.

As a kinesiology student, you get to explore many sub-fields including physiology, ergonomics, anatomy, health, sport administration, health psychology, and athletic therapy.You also have the opportunityto develop research and teaching skills to help you succeed in the field.

Small class sizes allow for strong interaction with enthusiastic faculty, who are active in community-based and health research.

Kinesiology graduates have a wide range of career options in the fields of kinesiology and health science, physical education, recreation and leisure, fitness, rehabilitation, coaching, and health education. A Bachelor in Kinesiology can open the door to a career in athletic therapy, physical therapy, massage therapy, ergonomics, personal training, teaching, or research.

The Bachelor of Kinesiology at UFV is an excellent foundation to prepare you for further studies, either in graduate school or in a professional school where you can study physiotherapy, medicine, occupational therapy, or chiropractic therapy.
