Our BA(Hons) Advertising course is highly respected within the industry and is specifically designed to provide graduates with the necessary skills to succeed as advertising creatives.

Studying Advertising at UCLan, you will develop skills in key areas such as creative thinking, art direction, copywriting, typography, layout, computing, drawing and verbal presentation. The academic elements of this advertising degree are underpinned by contextual studies and live briefs to ensure the course remains relevant to the ideas and expectations of industry. You will be challenged to produce work for a wide range of media such as print, TV, ambient, guerrilla, web, viral and social networks such as Twitter and Facebook. In your final year you will focus on producing and industry portfolio and end of year show of work.
