Centre for Arts and Technology is a community that is built through industry contacts and advancing technologies. It is a college that nurtures students along their educational journey, providing challenges and opportunities, mentorship and motivation, all while fostering a collaborative environment where students can reach their full potential.
The foundation was built over 30 years ago by leaders in both media training and educational excellence. The journey has been long with many different paths being bridged together – the end result is one of Canada’s leading colleges in digital arts and technical training.
Today, we are recognized as one of the few Arts and Technology schools that continually graduate successful students in the areas of filmmaking, animation, audio engineering, fashion design, event management, interior design, photography, graphic design, and network security.
Your experience at the Centre will be immersive, engaging, and interactive, leading to practical application in real-world digital arts careers. Through the use of relevant tools, professionals, and technology, we were one of the first educational teams in Canada to develop programs in arts and animation, motion design, and interactive arts for the Web, surround sound, sound design, and digital recording arts.
Graduates from Centre schools can be found working throughout Canada and North America in some of the most exciting and dynamic industries in the world. We will give you tools and knowledge, as well as intensive and practical training to take this important step towards your career goals.
Centre for Arts and Technology offers accelerated programs, meaning that programs run year-round. All classes range from 6 months to 24 months in length. Usually, our students have completed their programs and can be out working in their industry in a much shorter amount or time as compared to other colleges or university programs.
Students taking an accelerated program can complete their education over a shorter period of time, and are able to use their newly acquired skills sooner. They also save on living costs due to shorter condensed program durations.
Admission requirements are similar to foreign student enrollment procedures at other
Canadian schools, whether Universities, Colleges or Technical and Design Schools. The application process can take some time to go through so we recommend you apply at least four to six months in advance.
But why not let us help you study in Canada? Our professional Program Advisors are here to help guide our International students through the enrollment process.
