Over 50 majors and concentrations are offered to students with 90% of the courses taught by our knowledgeable full-time faculty. In fact, 87% of our faculty hold a PhD or terminal degree in their teaching discipline.

Limestone College has a proud tradition of academic and athletic excellence. Our graduates go on to successful careers as well as professional school. Our athletes can boast 2 NAIA National Championships and 6 NCAA Division II National Championships.
What sports are available to students?
We offer top-level intercollegiate competition for men in soccer, basketball, baseball, lacrosse, golf, cross-country, tennis, wrestling, track and field, volleyball, swimming and football. Women compete in volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, soccer, golf, swimming, cross-country, lacrosse, track and field, and field hockey.
In addition to athletic events, students can attend musicals, theatre productions, hear nationally and internationally renowned speakers, and participate in the 30 clubs and organizations.
At Limestone College, five residence halls are located near the student center. Each of the rooms is fitted with Internet access, local phone service, cable, and refrigerator outlets. More importantly, entering students find an easy access to social life through their hall life. Every semester students can attend different programs on their halls. Programs like all-night movies and pizza parties help students socialize and meet people; programs on study skills and leadership, or community service programs help students to adjust to college life.
