Rowan’s Intensive English Language Program (IELP) helps international students build a quick command of English.

International students who successfully complete the IELP may be admitted to Rowan without TOEFL/IELTS scores.

International students with below requisite TOEFL/IELTS scores may be eligible for the University “Pathway Program” which allows students to matriculate directly into Rowan degree programs.
