The structure of the degree with a major in accounting provides students with the knowledge and information to move directly into a career as an Accountant either as an employee or a small business owner; or go onto further study at post-graduate level. It will also allow successful graduates to become eligible for membership to CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
The Bachelor of Business (Accounting) is fully recognised by CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants with graduates able to be employed as Accountants as well as become eligible for membership.
