The Henley MBA  is rigorously structured to deliver a highly-effective mix of modules and toolkits combined with personal development throughout the programme.  It is an intense, challenging, rewarding programme which can often be life changing.

Full-time MBA programme for high potential individuals, early on in their career and is completed in 12 months.  It is offered from our Whiteknights campus in Reading.

The Executive MBA is aimed at experienced managers who wish to enhance their management competencies and to further their personal development.  It can be studied in 21 months (part time) at our Greenlands Campus in Henley-on-Thames.

During the Executive MBA programme you will work on company-based projects in high-performance learning groups. This programme is ideal for those managers who aspire to senior roles and wish to maintain their career path, adding benefit to their organisations whilst studying for an Executive MBA. There is also one week international study trip in stage 3 of the programme, and a further optional study visit.

You continue in your job and come to Henley once a month for an intensive 3-4 day workshop where you will interact directly with our faculty and industry speakers as well as working collaboratively with your peers.

The MBA by Flexible Learning typically takes about three years to complete. Students attend a residential weekend at Henley at the start of the programme and are recommended to attend a residential workshop either at Henley, or at partner institutions, approximately every six months. The programme is delivered through a flexible blend of workshops, teamwork and self-study – on and offline. There is an International Stream version of the programme (which combines into three separate weeks over the three years of the programme) and also an MBA for the Music Industry.



Henley Business School - Facilities

A picturesque riverside campus on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames is home to our executive programmes: the Executive MBA and Flexible MBA, DBA and executive education programmes.  It is less than an hour from Heathrow Airport and within easy reach of London and the motorway network.

The facilities include: an Academic Resource Centre, 112 en-suite study bedrooms, meetings rooms and conference facilities, fitness centre and outdoor sporting facilities, a restaurant and bar and of course the 30 acres of parkland; the perfect place for time to reflect.

The Whiteknights Campus in Reading is 20 minutes away from London by train and close to Heathrow airport. It has its own park-like campus outside the town, and is home to our undergraduate, MSc and Full-time MBA programmes.

Prominent features of the Business School building include: a 250-seat conference standard lecture theatre, seminar rooms equipped with the latest technology, PC labs, dedicated research space, a popular cafe and visitor area and the Academic Resource Centre (ARC).
