Mohawk College is located in the city of Hamilton, Ontario, on the shores of Lake Ontario. With half a million residents, Hamilton offers a small town feel with world class amenities. PROGRAMS
The College offers over 100 Post-Secondary and Post Graduate certificate and diploma programs. Popular programs include; Business Management, Computer Science and Engineering Technology, Early Childhood Education, Tourism and Travel, International Business Management and Human Resources Management. Mohawk campusWorking While you Study
Many of the colleges programs include co-op work placements, field placements and internships. Co-op work terms provide students with valuable hands-on experience that complements their academic study, and provides financial compensation.

Under Canadian Immigration guidelines full time international students may work in Canada for up to 20 hours per week while studying – both on-campus and off-campus. Students may work full time when not in an academic session. After graduation a students may apply for a Graduate Work permit allowing them to work in Canada for a up to 3 years, and extending their stay in Canada. DEGREE COMPLETION
Complete your diploma program at Mohawk College and take advantage of one of our many transfer agreements with other institutions. Mohawk has formal transfer agreements with institutions that award advanced standing into degree programs, enabling you to earn university credentials. LANGUAGE AND CULTURAL INSITITUE
Mohawk College has established a reputation as a leader in English as a Second Language programs and specialized group specific courses. For students needing Language up grading to gain admission into post-secondary programs or those just wishing to further develop their language skills our programs go from Basic to College level. Classes start every 7 weeks* providing the greatest flexibility for students.

HOW TO APPLY
International applicants may apply directly to the International Partnership and Recruitment office at Mohawk College. Completed applications can be sent by mail, fax or email. International Student Services is a multi-disciplined department dedicated to the support and guidance of international students attending Mohawk College. The department's role is to ensure that international students are supported from the time they arrive at Mohawk College through to their graduation. The service area is international students' direct link to college and the community, assisting students during their stay in Canada.
