The Salford MBA 

The Salford MBA (Master of Business Administration) is accredited by AMBA, the international global quality standard for MBA programmes. The programme focuses on enterprise with substantial emphasis on International business; the 1 year full-time programme provides an integrated approach to understanding organisations and the environments in which they operate.

It has been designed specifically to develop commercial awareness and to engender the key skills that employers look for in their senior management.

The Masters Suite of MSc management Programmes

There are over 15 full-time programmes on offer covering a wide range of generalist and specialist business related topics. The programmes are modular in design with optional electives allowing graduates to tailor courses to individual requirements. Many courses are accredited to their respective professional Institutions. There is an option on selective courses to undertake a one year paid placement in industry as an alternative to submitting a traditional dissertation. The MSc programmes encompass:

International Banking and Finance, Financial Services Management, International Corporate Finance, Islamic Banking & Finance, Information Systems management Procurement Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, International Business, Global Management, Management, Marketing, Human Resource Management and Development, International Events Management, The Salford MBA.

MSc International Events Management:  Develop an appreciation of the current issues in managing events, taught by specialists in International business management, operations, procurement, information and project management

MSc Global Management:  Designed for the non business graduate to develop an understanding of management concepts within a range of organisations.

Pre- masters and International Conversion Programmes
 
These courses are designed to bridge the gap between undergraduate and postgraduate learning and are perfect for those who want to progress to postgraduate study but do not meet the entry criteria. They are also a useful option for international students who are coming to study in the UK for the first time.
The Graduate Certificate International Management is taught over a single semester and there are 3 starting points (September, January and June).
