The Faculty of Science at Loughborough University comprises seven
departments:
Undergraduate
Programmes
All
departments have flourishing teaching and research groups and offer
a range of single and combined honours taught undergraduate BSc, BA
and extended (masters) programmes. These may include, in additions
to the department titles above: Languages, management Ergonomics,
Psychology, Environmental Studies and sports Science. Most undergraduate
programmes are accredited by professional Societies and Institutions,
and offer an optional supervised year of industrial training.

the Faculty there are some 40 research Councils, Industry and Commerce
and charitable Organisations.
All
department offer postgraduate research programmes (MPhil and phD)
and most have postgraduate taught Programmes (MA or MSc). Industrial
links are strong.
