San Jacinto College Central has been a great place for me to start my educational career. I am majoring in Business Administration and I will transfer to one of the local universities in the Houston area. San Jacinto College is located in suburban Houston, Texas, the fourth largest city in the United States. San Jacinto College Central has over 200 international students enrolled from over 80 countries. There are five students here from my country, including my brother, and we are getting an excellent education.

There are a number of activities for international students. The one I like best is the International Student Family Friendship Program. This program matches an international student with an American family that acts as a family away from home. These families involve us in many of their activities and really make us feel at home.

San Jacinto College Central has a wide variety of programs from which to choose. One of their most popular fields of study is the medical field, which include Registered Nursing, Medical Imaging (x-ray), Medical Laboratory Technology, Respiratory Care, and its newest program, Vision Care Technology. San Jacinto College also offers all the courses necessary to transfer to all major colleges and universities in the country.

San Jacinto College Central is more than 40 years old and currently has an Enrollment of over 10,000 students. The college has an excellent staff of instructors. Classes are available during the day, evening, and on the Weekend. The classes are small and the instructors even call you by your first name. My brother and I do not regret coming here and will recommend this college to our friends.
