St Peter ’s Campus,built alongside St Peter ’s church on the site of a monastic order, a centre of learning since the 7th century, which was home to Benedict Biscop ( father of English History who established our modern-day Calendar ) and the venerable Bede.

University of Sunderland is a City campus situated on the coast, giving enviable access to the beach, visit the many historic sites in the region,the recently restored park and winter gardens in the city centre, the shopping centre with a host of high street names and of course the Stadium of Light home to our Premiership Football Club.
