International business and finance are special fields in economics, focussing on all the international aspects of business, economics, and finance. They provide an excellent foundation for those who are interested in pursuing an international career.

Master's degree
Our international programs combine a strong foundation in economics, mathematics, and statistics with in-depth knowledge of accounting, management, corporate finance, and marketing. The programs provide a strong basis in mathematics, statistics, and business administration combined with a thorough knowledge of economics and finance. After successful completion of all requirements, students are awarded a Master's degree (MA).

Characteristics
The programmes provide a creative and interactive learning experience in the classroom through lectures, case studies, group projects and discussions. Modules are offered for learning other skills, such as presentation skills, writing skills, and various management skills. The programs are the only four-year programs at Tilburg University, which are entirely taught in English. English writing and presentation skills are especially emphasized. The programmes also require the students to select a second language from the options of French, German and Spanish. Furthermore, students are encouraged to participate in international exchange programmes with partner universities abroad.

The yearly tuition fee is Dfl. 2900 (US$ 1600; Euro 1320). This tuition fee may be partly refunded to students from European Union member states. The university will assist students in obtaining reimbursement if applicable. Stuyding in the Netherlands is therefore free for many students!
