Tomsk Polytechnic University - a significant state scientific and educational centre of Russia - is constantly working at upgrading its educational courses and develops new ones that meet both individual and public requirements. Tomsk is located almost in the geographical centre of Russia. Though it was founded in 1604 and has rich and stirring history it's really attractive nowadays as never before.
